Me.

Hello! I'm My Phan, pronounced as 'me fan,' a first-generation Vietnamese-American studying advertising and public relations at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, where I developed a passion for traveling and creative expression, whether it's through photography, music, or graphic design. I love it all!

Growing up in Nebraska, I had much to learn about myself, my culture, the surrounding world and understanding what it meant to be a first-generation student. I'm the first-born daughter of immigrant parents, and I had to learn and make my career path without the guidance of my family. Though supported and loved, I was always able to practice my passions.

I have a huge heart for painting, drawing and music, which led me to explore further passions in creative work. This leads me towards my journey with content making on Instagram and YouTube as early as I can remember. Since starting college, I have been applying my collegiate knowledge into creating content for my socials consistently. Through hard work, I've grown my platform to have the opportunity to work with brands and be a student ambassador for a variety of programs (MKCThreads, Panera Bread, La Roche-Posay, NYX Cosmetics, etc). These experiences only push me further towards a career in social media!
